The ARCO battery Module is a compact, safe and robust lithium-ion battery Pack. This battery Module is designed for Industrial, military, commercial, and railway, with high-power lithium-ion LFP cells. No additional equipment is needed for the safe operation of this battery pack. The module is designed for extreme operating conditions, having integrated a coolant circuit. The Proprietary TITANBMS™ control the module ensures safe operation and protects the battery against short circuits, over-charge, over-discharge, overcurrent, Hi temperature and Low temperature events.

The integrated TITANBMS™ balances actively the charge between all cells in the battery pack. Energy is transferred from the cells with the highest charge in the pack, to the lowest maximizing the runtime of the battery pack and extends its life. The TITANBMS™ balancing is active during both charge and discharge, 20 times faster balancing without increasing overall recharge time to a significant extent. Traditional balancing systems require a much longer time, so when they’re interrupted because the battery needs to be used, the result is a gradual reduction in available energy over time: vehicles and machines thus lose range at every cycle. This lithium-ion battery pack is maintenance free, and has a longer run time with a shorter recovery time than equivalent lead acid battery packs.
